It came with apple’s then latest apple A8 chipset and a Dual-core 1.4 GHz Typhoon (ARM v8-based) processor along with Power VR GX6450 (quad-core graphics) and was powered by 1Gb of DDR3 RAM.   The phone came with iOS 8 preinstalled and is upgradable to the latest iOS 11.
